The Galaxy Tab S8 is said to come in three variants, namely the regular Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. All three will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset made by Qualcomm with a choice of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB of internal storage.
The Galaxy Tab S8 series will be available in WiFi and 5G versions. The Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy Tab S8 Plus will offer silver, rose gold and gray colors, while the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will be packaged in gray.
While the screen will be 11 inches with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels for the regular version, 12.4 inches with a resolution of 2800 x 1753 pixels for the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus version, and 14.6 inches with a resolution of 2960 x 1848 pixels for the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.

In the photographic sector, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will be equipped with two front lenses while the other two models will have only one front lens. The rear camera resolution of all these tablet models will be 13 MP.
The batteries will be 8000 mAh for the regular Galaxy Tab S8, 10,090 mAh for the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, and 11,200 mAh for the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. As usual, Samsung’s premium series of tablets will get support for a special S Pen that can be used to take notes, draw, or play on-screen content.

Based on the leaked image, this S Pen will have a special case on the back of the body near the main camera of the Galaxy Tab S8. The on-screen content will work on One UI 4.0 based on Android 12.
So far, Samsung itself has not issued an official invitation regarding the launch schedule of this tablet. However, rumors are circulating that the Galaxy Tab S8 will be launched on February 8 or 9, 2022 along with the flagship series of phones.
